Preview – Sasha & Josh’s Wedding Day
The rain here in NYC has been quite the pest this wedding season. Sasha and Josh’s “first look” was supposed to have taken place on a bridge behind the hotel where the ceremony was being held but, due to the temperamental weather (especially the extreme humidity), we had to move it indoors.
Even though we were forced to improvise, Sasha and Josh had a perfect “first look” inside the hotel! Josh stood in front of a large, brightly lit window with his back to his bride. Sasha walked toward him, past a wall of tiled mirrors, before he turned to gaze at the woman he was about to marry. There was something magical about the glow of light from the window and the refracted light in the mirrors that made these shots worth the last minute location change.
The wedding itself was a traditional Jewish ceremony. The upcoming slideshow will offer a glimpse into their cocktail hour and veiling of the bride!
