High Line Park Engagement – Sue & Pax
I recently met with Sue and Pax for a High Line Park engagement portrait session. The High Line is one of my favorite places to photograph couples, so I was thrilled to have yet another opportunity to visit this special linear NYC park! From freight travel to being a part of so many journeys of love, the High Line is still transporting people after all these years. A special thanks to Friends of the High Line for saving this historical spot and making amazing engagement shoots like this possible!
This wonderful couple made my day as pleasant as could be! Sue was nothing but smiles and Pax couldn’t have been any happier to be there with her. We took full advantage of the one-mile length of greenery and contemporary paths, stopping along the way to flash some smiles and take in the elevated views. Sue and Pax looked amazing centered in front of the urban backdrop of Manhattan’s West Side. After many wonderful shots, the romance of the setting sun suited them beautifully as our session came to a close.
While I would have loved even more time with Pax and Sue on their engagement portrait day, I was content with parting ways because their wedding day is so near. I’ll be seeing them again next month at The Riverside Church in NYC. I can’t wait!
