At the church ceremony, the priest talked about Lisa & Mark’s pre Caina group class – he mentioned that he had asked the couple’s to write down why their future spouse was the right person. Lisa began to write down some notes and looked up after a few moments to noticed Mark not writing anything while all the other couples were feverishly writing. She then asked Mark why he wasn’t writing down any notes and Mark responded by saying he did and was finished. Finished? Lisa could only wonder. The Priest then went around the room and asked each couple to share their thoughts, and when it was Mark’s turn he read, “She is the answer to my prayers.”
Monthly Archives: May 2008![]() An old college buddy of mine, Eddie Shieh, wanted to create an innovated way to present short plays and readings written by celebrated playwrights – so he came up with RedRope Playhouse. Last Wednesday, May 17th 2008, Eddie presented “Ex-Lovers – An Evening Reading of Short Plays,” – 8 ten minute plays written by members of The New York Playwrights Lab, hosted by creator Israel Horovitz, pictured below with son, Adam Horovitz of the Beastie Boys. To see more of my photography from this event or for more information, go to RedRope Playhouse, Notes on a Party or Ninu Nina sites. What better way to start off my blogging days than with my latest slideshow – Rachel & Vince’s wedding from April 20, 2008. This was the first wedding of my busy spring wedding season and it turned out to be a picture perfect day for Rachel & Vince. They held their marriage ceremony and reception at the Crescent Beach Club in Bayville, NY – a great spot on the north shore of LI, with a clear view of the sound. What more can I say, the pictures say it all. Congratulations Rachel & Vince! |
